Join #TeamMDS at the Great South Run 2026 on Sunday 18 October, one of the UK’s most iconic 10-mile road races along the stunning south coast. Run the scenic Southsea seafront in Portsmouth and make a real difference for people living with Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS). Charity places are limited and filling fast.

Why run the Great South Run 2026 for MDS UK?

By running for MDS UK, you’ll make a genuine difference to people living with Myelodysplastic Syndromes. We are the only national charity dedicated solely to supporting patients, families and caregivers affected by MDS — and with no public funding, we rely entirely on supporters like you. Your donation helps us provide vital support services, trusted information, and a strong voice for better care and research. As a small charity, we keep costs low so every pound goes where it’s needed most — to those who need it most.
