The route

The Cabbage Patch 10 is one of the UK’s most popular and flattest 10-mile races, taking runners through the scenic streets and riverside towpaths of Twickenham, Kingston and Richmond.

Starting and finishing in Twickenham town centre, the course follows a fast loop crossing the river in both Kingston and Richmond. Known for its friendly atmosphere, iconic cabbage prizes, finisher medals and community spirit, the event has raised over £200,000 for local charities including MDS UK Patient Support Group and Princess Alice Hospice.
