The Cabbage Patch 10 is a fast, flat 10-mile race through the scenic streets and towpaths of Twickenham, Kingston, and Richmond. Open to runners of all abilities, the event is famous for its friendly atmosphere, coveted 🥬 cabbage prizes, and finisher medals and t-shirts. Since its inception, it has raised over £200,000 for local charities including Clarendon School, MDS UK Patient Support Group, and Princess Alice Hospice.

The route
The Cabbage Patch 10 is one of the flattest and best 10 mile races in the country. Starting and finishing in Twickenham town centre the course follows a loop, crossing the river in Kingston and Richmond.
