Blood Transfusions

Hi everyone,
Since my last post, my blood transfusions are frequent, I am having them once a week now and feel a bit worried about it all.
Does anxiety contribute to low blood counts.

Good to hear from you i have wondered a few times how you are ....in my experience being transfusion dependent i have not heard or been told by the doctor that anxiety effects counts but low counts do effect your moods in my experience being exhausted weepy depressed ect ect the last 10 days leading up to mine it was awful ( also iron over load can add to this ) i have discussed my symptoms numerous times with doctor maybe you could do this they may be able to help
