Just to let you all know that Joe Thomas is running a 100 mile ultramarathon on the North Downs Way on 5th August. His father, Pete, was recently diagnosed with MDS and Joe is doing this to raise awareness of the disease and funds for MDS UK. His target is £5,000 and he's nearly there.
