Hello
Thank you for joining this Forum
However, like all other support group chat forums, we are not able to give you any medical advice. We just share experiences patient-to-patient.
I’m taking a guess that ET is Essential Thrombocytopenia and MF is myelofibrosis? If this is the case, this may not be the most helpful site for you as we are just for people with MDS or CMML.
I think this support group may be better for you as it is primarily for people with ET which does sometimes progress to myelofibrosis.

I hope this is helpful. If you are needing information, please ask your clinician or maybe a clinical nurse specialist can help? Also MacMillan have a very useful website with information on many kinds of blood cancer. They also offer counselling services which can help if you are anxious and frightened about your new diagnosis.
With best wishes
Chris
