How to change your Forum password

To change your password on the Forum, please follow the steps outlined below. If you have any difficulties, please email our Membership team and they will be able to help you.


If you know your old password:
1. Log on to the Forum: Click [Login] near the top left hand side of the page, just above [Board Index]. Once you have entered your username and password, you can change it.
2. Go to your [User Control Panel]: At the top right hand side of the page, you will see a row of small white icons sitting on the red banner. Click on the person shaped icon and select [User Control Panel]
3. Go to [Profile]: At the top of the User Control Panel, there are a number of tabs that hold different types of data. Click on the second from the left [Profile].
4. Go to [Edit Account Settings]: Down the left hand side, there are a number of different types of data that you can amend. Click on the third one down [Edit Account Settings].
5. Enter your new password: You will need to enter your new password twice to confirm it is correct, then enter your old password and click [SUBMIT] for the changes to take effect.


If you don’t know your old password:
Please email our membership team and ask them to reset your password.
