Hi Janet, not spoken to you for a while!! Hope you are doing really well :D

Hi Andy - I've read all your posts and I think your attitude is fantastic and just the right way to deal with this illness. Stay positive!

I have a question for you Janet, how do you decide what vitamins you need to take? We all eat different diets and our needs are probably different so I just wondered how to work out mine!

Feb 2011 MDS RCMD. Jan 2012 RAEB.
Feb 2012 - 2 lots of chemo each 4-6 weeks in hospital to destroy leukaemic cells resulting in remission from AML.
July 6 2012 - Stem cell transplant
Doing very well, feel great
Age 43.
