Jen Goodison 

Jen Goodison, based in her adopted home town of Sheffield, has two school-age children. Her Mother passed away in 2023 having lived for some time with MDS.

Jen is the Director of Risk and Controls for Financial Crime Detection at a global bank where she is responsible for the measures put in place to reduce risks to the organisation and customers. A therapy radiographer by background, prior to moving into Compliance Jen held numerous technology roles within the financial services industry. She became a Trustee of MDS UK in 2024.
