Problem with Useful Links section

I would like to post a new topic in the Useful Links section of the Forum. But I can't find a way to post a New Topic in that section. I may be being stupid, but I think that the New Topic button in this section is missing. I will post elsewhere in the Forum instead.

Hello Robert,
i just posted a test new topic in that folder and it works fine.
the new topic button is on the top left.
This folder is set up in exactly the same way as others - so there should not be any difference in how you post any other message.
Let me know if you continue to have problems - we'll need to investigate.
