I was diagnosed with rcmd about 19 months ago. I have experienced considerable cramp in my hands and sometimes feet...Anyone else experienced this please?
I have also recently suffered an occluded retinal vein...Again anyone else?
Thank you all.!

Re: Cramp in hands and feet and occluded retinal vein
I get cramp all down the side of my right leg when I first get up in the morning or if I've been sitting down too long, feels like a dead leg people used to give one at school.
I relieve it by getting on my exercise bike for 15 minutes.
I first thought it was sciatica or even DVT, I phoned the out of hours chemo clinic nurse about the symptoms I was experiencing. She reassured me, she had a consultant with her and I heard him say try and walk it off.
I have RAEB2 diagnosed November 2014, on Azacitidine 5 days in every 28. The worst part of having MDS is over reacting to any sudden ache or pain, I know I do.
Exercise works for me.
Best wishes
