Feedback on our services please

Post by sophie » 01 Mar 2017 21:20

Dear Forum users,
we would welcome some feedback regarding our services - with a view to improve them - or simply to encourage new patients to contact us.

So - tell us if :
- you think some services need improvement?
- if certain areas are unclear?
- you have problems understanding certain sections of the website, or materials?
- or you'd like more info on a particular topic?
- you found our assistance helpful?
- you take part in our zoom meetings - and can feedback comments?
- anything else?

Now is the time to tell us ;) via the Survey Monkey link below:

Many thanks everyone :D

Hi Sophie, I found the booklet very interesting it also helped my wife to understand what MDS is. It is also non-sensational which is a calming influence compared to reading what's on some American websites.

As a newly diagnosed patient, I was very keen to learn more about MDS. The booklet was very informative and hence extremely useful.
