On Sunday 15th July 2012, Gerrards Cross Methodist Church in Buckinghamshire hosted a very successful Summer Jazz Concert. Ticket sales for the concert raised an amazing £410, which is very kindly being donated to MDS UK.
The concert featured jazz band The Jake Fryer Little Big Band and was followed by afternoon tea and “An Act of Worship for a Summer Evening” by guest preacher, Ray Salmons of Sunbury. Click here to see the full poster.
A big thank you to Vic Baker and all who helped organise the concert and all who attended. Thank you also to Claudia Richards who gave a brief presentation about MDS from the patient’s perspective and explained the role and aims of the Support Group. We really appreciate all your hard work and very generous donation.
