On the 11th and 12th August 2018 Sarah Barrington Kendall is going to walk the Wye Valley Challenge, meandering rivers, past ancient cathedrals and natural viewpoints such as the Devil’s Pulpit on the Wye Valley.
The route takes on the dramatic landscape straddling the England & Wales border - an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty steeped in history. A Chepstow start - then through the woodlands and limestone cliffs of the Wye Gorge along the magical twisting riverside path to Ross-on-Wye at half way.
Sarah is fundraising for our small charity. All the money raised will help us to support more patients and their families, and ensure that all patients and families receive the attention and information they need during those particularly difficult times – straight after diagnosis, at treatment changes, time of transplant or progression of the condition.
