Patient and Family Education Day on health, finance and well-being for post-transplant patients – Anthony Nolan

PATIENT AND FAMILY EDUCATION DAY

If you or your loved one has recently had a stem cell or bone marrow transplant, you may benefit from attending this special Patient and Family Education Day organised by Anthony Nolan this summer in Leicester. This full-day event is free of charge and will be filled with helpful workshops, information and advice to help you look after your health, well-being and finances better.

Over the course of the day you’ll hear from experts, find out about the latest research developments and meet other patients. You’ll also get tips on exercise, diet and other practical support.

MDS UK would like to encourage post-transplant MDS patients and their families to attend the event:

When: Friday 10th July 2015, 9.30 am – 4 pm

Where: Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park Leicester LE19 1SD

The event will be held at Baker Tilly offices in Leicester, which are 5 miles away from Leicester station. There’s a taxi rank outside the station and Anthony Nolan is happy to reimburse your taxi fare and any other travel expenses.

Please make sure you keep your travel tickets and cab fare receipts.
