OXFORD REGION MDS SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS

PATIENT-TO-PATIENT SUPPORT
FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROMES

When:      Friday, June 19th 2015: 10.30 am – 12.30 pm
Where:     The Maggie’s Centre, Churchill Hospital, Old Road, OX3 7LE

Meeting led by Kirsty Crozier, Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Churchill Hospital.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Other 2015 meeting dates are:
– September 25th
– December 4th

Please help us spread the news by informing relevant clinical staff or other MDS patients.

If you intend to come by car, please park in one of the Churchill Hospital car parks, and not the one beside the Maggie’s Centre, which belongs to the neighbouring Nursery.
