Oxford Group Relaunch Meeting – 14/6/14

All MDS patients, their relatives and friends are welcome to attend

Oxford Group Relaunch Meeting

This is an opportunity to shape the group and increase local MDS support network.

Please join us to get to know one another, share experiences, support each other and gain more information.

When:      Saturday, 14^th June 2014, 11.30 am – 1.30 pm

Where:     The Talkhouse, Wheatley Road, Stanton St. John, Oxford, OX33 1EX

Meeting led by Kirsty Crozier, Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Churchill Hospital. 

The meeting will be held in the charming pub in Stanton St. John – The Talkhouse.

Buffet lunch will be provided!

For catering purposes please confirm your attendance, but but feel free to just turn up on the day
