PATIENT-TO-PATIENT SUPPORT
FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROMES

The meeting will be led by Kirsty Crozier (Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Churchill Hospital), and patients Claudia Richards and Gwyneth Brown-Lowe.
Speaker: Dr Krish Shastri from Insure Cancer
InsureCancer specialises in providing travel insurance to those with advanced cancer and routinely provides cover for those with active, metastatic, relapsed or terminal cancer. The company is also able to provide travel insurance to patients participating in cancer drug trials.
Come on Friday the 10th of June and get to know more about InsureCancer’s policies, which are specially designed for those living with cancer and provide full cover for the cancer diagnosis. Each case is individually underwritten and, with specialist knowledge of the treatment and management of cancer, the company is ready to consider individuals undergoing treatment such as chemo- or radiotherapy.
If you intend to come by car, please park in one of the Churchill Hospital car parks, and not the one beside the Maggie’s Centre, which belongs to the neighbouring Nursery.
