Agenda and Purpose:
To give a Chairman’s report
To thank committee members for their work over the previous year
To present the group’s annual accounts/financial report
List of the current committee members and their roles
To give all attendees an opportunity to present ‘any other business’ and ask questions.

Treasurer Don Barrett (trustee since 23/01/15)
Chief Executive Sophie Wintrich

Previously the charity’s AGM’s were held during our Committee Meetings.
Following a move to a smaller meeting room location in 2015 – we decided to move our AGM’s to this more easily accessed location.
Anyone with an interest in our activities is welcome to attend.
Please let us know if you are planning to join us – so we can prepare the room.
