Harriet said in her Fundraising Page:
"Before I head off to the States I will once again be donning the world’s least flattering garment (my wetsuit) and flinging myself into a large expanse of cold water as an attempt to justify my eccentricity to the rest of the world. I’m taking part in the Bantham Swoosh – a 6k river swim in Devon on 2nd July.
The other reason is to raise money for MDS Patient support, a cause that is close to the heart of my friend Caitlin Limmer. It's a way of saying thank you to Caitlin for all the help, support and encouragement she's given me in running, which in turn has had a hugely positive impact in all areas of my life. I wouldn't have thought I could have done something like this if it wasn't for Caitlin - so maybe this is her fault! "
We hugely thank Harriet for her stamina and generosity. She raised £268.75 for MDS UK Patients Support Group.
A BIG THANK YOU to Harriet and her friends and sponsors for their support!

Harriet efforts raised public awareness of MDS and our small charity. We need as much help as possible in order to carry on our work of supporting patients and campaigning with them!
