Cancer52 Patient Engagement Event
Tuesday 3 March 2015 – Euston, London NW1
We would like to inform our patients and their families about the upcoming event organised by Cancer52. Please see the invitation from Cancer52 below for further details:
“The inaugural Cancer52 Patient Engagement Event is taking place at the Friends House, Euston, London NW1 on Tuesday 3 March 2015 from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
The aim of the event is to raise the profile of rare and less common cancers at a key time in cancer strategy development and provides a chance to put a marker down for rare and less commons cancers.
Our keynote speaker is Sean Duffy, National Clinical Director, Cancer. Although many members will have heard Sean speak, this is a great and rare opportunity for patients to hear first-hand news and information from the world of cancer.
Daniel Ratchford, CEO, Quality Health will be presenting results of the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey 2014 (NCPES) and the findings from a special Cancer52 data cut from the survey. We will be looking at data on all cancers v the big four v rare and less common cancers.
We will also be hearing from Dawn Green, Chief Executive of Pseudomyxoma Survivor and a survivor herself of Pseudomyxoma Peritonei, a very rare cancer of the appendix.”
Lunch and refreshments will be served at the event.
