ANGLIA REGION MDS SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS
PATIENT-TO-PATIENT SUPPORT
FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROMES
MEETING ON A 6 – 8 WEEK BASIS FOR COFFEE AND A CHAT WITH FELLOW PATIENTS, FRIENDS AND CARERS.

Let us know what you would like to have speakers talk about and we will try and set something up for a future meeting.
Please also tell your local staff about this local group and encourage other MDS patients, their friends and relatives to attend.
MDS UK is looking for someone to act as group secretary for the Anglia meeting. Please email us if interested.
After 6 years of acting as chair and Secretary, Richie and Chris Cunnell have decided to step down, due to Richie's MDS.
John Heywood is stepping in as chair, but we do need a new secretary to take minutes of meetings and liaise with the head-office.
We would like to thank Chris and Richie for their help, generosity, time, dedication and enthusiasm running this group for us.
Anglia is the first group we set up back in 2010, and its success is predominantly down to the amazing work and friendship of all the members of this group.
It is the only UK group meeting 6 times a year and we encourage all of you to attend the 2017 meetings.
