Just want to say that because I'm running the Virgin London Marathon for Leukaemia Care (in association with MDS UK) I need to raise £2500 for them first. As soon as I've been able to do that I'll be able to add a full account for MDS UK, and also Anthony Nolan - part of my theme of '3'. Ideally, I'd like to raise £3333 for each Charity. This is a tall order so please share my Facebook Page and Virgin Money Giving page.

Quick update. Ran in the Reading Half Marathon last weekend. Can't quite figure out why I seem to get slower (I had a cold but surely.....) My legs felt like lead (or even iron- seeing as I have massive iron overload). Still, Rome Marathon in 2 weeks!
