WALK FOR MDS ON MDS WORLD AWARENESS DAY ON WEDNESDAY, 25TH OCTOBER 2017
Come and join our new patron, CAITLIN LIMMER, on a relaxed, social walk!
We are looking to complete about 18-20 miles in the day, and it would be fantastic to have as many of you as possible. You don't have to do it all. There will be three stages to the walk. You can join in at any stage and stop if you feel you have to. All abilities welcomed!
This is the plan for the day:
First Stage: 7.00am - 9.30am
Meet at Turk Head Pub at 7am for the first stage of walk. Arrive back in St Margarets to have tea and breakfast in a cafe in St Margarets.
Second Stage: 10.30am -1.00pm
Meet at cafe in St Margarets. Walk up and into Richmond Park - arriving for Lunch at Pembroke Lodge at 1pm
Third and Final Stage: 2.00pm-4.30pm
Meet at Pembroke Lodge. Continue along a beautiful prescribed route ending up back in St Margarets for 4.30pm.
There is a £10 minimum donation to take part in some or all of the day and all the proceeds will be donated to MDS UK
If you are interested in taking part, please contact us:

We are immensely grateful to Caitlin for organising this amazing event. It will be a day to remember, for all our supporters and members and a great opportunity to join efforts and raise awareness of MDS with the general public.
The funds raised will help to carry out our work, helping those affected by MDS, supporting them through illness, and campaigning with them for better treatments.
THANKS A MILLION TO ALL FRIENDS AND SPONSORS FOR THEIR GENEROSITY!!
